    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Administrator located in Lakewood, CO. This position requires management of and travel to our Broomfield location. The Practice Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the practice and infusion center, including managing direct reports, preparing financial statements including payroll, accounts payable, and bank account reconciliation. This role also involves strategic planning, managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and implementing policies to improve practice performance. Strong leadership and organizational skills are vital for this role.

    Qualifications

    · Proficiency in accounting and human resource management

    · Must have QuickBooks or similar software experience. Preparation of financial statements, accounts payable, payroll and bank reconciliation required.

    · Liaison with outside accountants, attorneys, and consultants

    · Strong financial management skills, including the ability to analyze financial reports and manage practice expenses.

    · Overview of RCM and related regulations

    · Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    · Oversight and selection of all benefit plans

    · Team leadership and staff management skills, including training, mentoring, and conflict resolution. The ability to quickly “put out fires.”

    · Must be diplomatic and tactful

    · Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with and attention to detail.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with physicians, staff, patients, and vendors.

    · Marketing of Practice services

    · Previous experience as a Practice Administrator or similar managerial role in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.

    · Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required

    The Manager oversees daily operations across three pediatric clinical sites, ensuring efficient workflows, strong staff support, and excellent patient experience. This role leads administrative and clinical support staff, partners with centralized teams (HR, IT, Referrals, Call Center, Patient Business Office), and supports providers through scheduling, operations, and process improvement. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory management, quality initiatives, customer service, and strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Healthcare office management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with EHR systems are required. Pediatric experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

    Pay Range

    $62,500 - $80,000 annually

    Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

    · Vaccine ordering, inventory control, counts, reconciliation, and returns

    · Knowledge of VFC & commercial vaccine regulations, storage, documentation, and compliance

    · Ability to manage clinical, medication, and office supply inventories, including ordering and vendor coordination

    · Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping

    · Experience in a pediatric or primary care office

    Pay: $35.74 - $57.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

    Summary: Manages the daily operations of the assigned department(s) or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

    Responsibilities: Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

    Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.

    Adheres to departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies.

    Adheres to quality standards and goals for patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.

    Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Required Education: HS diploma or GED. Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
    • Required Licensure/Certification: Relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
    • Minimum Experience: 3 years of healthcare experience.
